4 Contractual Guarantees

Every clause has an explicit fallback (refund / extension / free work). Not marketing promises · contractual obligations.

Klausul 1

Clause 1: On-Time · Or You Get a Discount

I commit to the contract timeline. Every week late from target = automatic 5% discount off total fee.

Discount breakdown

  • 1 week late = -5% (Rp 250k–2.25M depending on package)
  • 2 weeks late = -10%
  • 3 weeks late = -15%
  • 4 weeks late = -20% (max cap)

Penalty caps at 20% accumulated (4 weeks). Force majeure (natural disasters, third-party failures, client not responding > 7 days) suspends the clause. Detail in Article 4 of the contract.

Clause 2: Performance · Or I Work for Free

Google PageSpeed Insights mobile score ≥ 90 within 30 days post-launch. Not achieved? I work without charge until achieved.

Performance targets

  • Mobile PageSpeed ≥ 90
  • First Contentful Paint < 1.8s
  • Largest Contentful Paint < 2.5s
  • Cumulative Layout Shift < 0.1

Measurement via official PageSpeed Insights tool. Tested 3x in the measurement window, median taken. External factors (client adds third-party plugins, asset changes without notice) suspend the clause. Article 5.

Clause 3: Brand SEO · Or 3 Free Months of Optimisation

Rank #1 for your villa name on Google within 60 days. Not achieved? 3 free months of additional optimisation (worth Rp 9M).

  • Rank #1 for villa name on Google (exact match)
  • Indexed in Google Search Console
  • Verified villa schema markup

Measurement via incognito search from Bali (Indonesia IP, Chrome browser, no personalisation). Tested for exact villa name match. Client must not change the brand name during the window. Article 6.

Klausul 4

Clause 4: Design Satisfaction · Or Free Total Redesign

30 days post-launch, if you're not happy with the design, I redesign it from scratch · free. Not minor revisions · full redesign.

What's included

  • Full redesign (not minor revisions)
  • Brand identity refresh if needed
  • Re-development based on the new mockup

Client must submit written feedback within 30 days post-launch with specific references (mockup, example, description). Activation window: day 1–30 after go-live. Article 7.
